As a Managing Director of vCollab Etiquette Private Limited and a passionate farmer, I have over 15 years of experience in the IT industry, leading teams and developing software solutions for clients across a range of industries. In my free time, I love nothing more than getting my hands dirty in the garden, growing fresh produce and learning about sustainable agriculture. I oversee a team of 70 developers and project managers, ensuring the successful delivery of software solutions to clients in the finance, healthcare, and retail sectors. Over the past three years, I have led the company through a period of growth, increasing our revenue by 50% and expanding our client base to include several Fortune 500 companies.

As a natural farmer, my goal is to produce food that is healthy, nutritious, and free from harmful chemicals and additives. I believe that the key to achieving this is to work with nature, rather than against it.
